Testing solutions is always better before making an investment. But not every customer has the necessary infrastructure to do so. To help such customers, we have set up a state-of-the-art Application Lab (App Lab) at Nashik, Maharashtra (India). Visit this App Lab with your raw materials, process it & see the results yourself.

FAT Facility
Large-sized equipment entails a larger investment and production risk. To ensure our solutions function as per your needs from day one, we run prior tests with actual material and product parameters in our Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) facility wherein we have the support of full-size utilities like Chilled Water, Desiccant Dehumidifier, Steam, Compressed Air & Vacuum.

Production Support
When you buy our equipment, we provide you access to our team of Product Technologists with expertise in improving product quality, reducing process time, and simplifying product handling. There is no extra charge for this & you get it unconditionally with your equipment.
Training Support
Though we supply complete documentation including the user manuals & the prompt technician service support, We also train your staff for regular operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a combination of both theoretical and hands-on practical sessions on the actual production equipment.
Preventive and Breakdown Support
Our diverse team of engineers and technicians provides readily accessible on-site and remote support for any equipment or product-related issue. Our support services extend beyond the expiration of the warranty through an affordable annual maintenance contract. Any kind of breakdown issue is given the utmost priority and care.
*In the wake of the pandemic, we are running testing on behalf of our clients without them visiting our lab. Simply send us your raw material by courier. Clients can view live testing through a live video feed, and get logs through email. Once the testing is done, we will send you the tested samples by courier.
**We do not charge startups for using the facility. Just bring your raw materials & set the process.
